I am a registered nurse and leadership development consultant with a rich academic foundation spanning public administration, health studies, social research, nursing research, practice development, business administration, and higher education. My qualifications include a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Public Administration and Health Studies; Master of Science degrees in Social Research Methods and Health Studies, and in Nursing Research and Practice Development; as well as Diplomas in Business Administration (Marketing) and Higher Education (Nursing).
Currently, I serve as the Regional Head of Nursing and Midwifery within the Workforce, Training and Education directorate at NHS England in London. In this role, I collaborate with healthcare providers and higher education institutions across the capital to educate, develop, and sustain a world‑class nursing and midwifery workforce—one that is prepared for the demands of the 21st century and beyond.
I am deeply committed to authentic, strategic leadership that elevates the quality of patient care and empowers staff to grow, thrive, and advance in their healthcare careers.
