Nick is a brand & marketing guru underpinned by 8+ years of corporate retail experience at Fortune 500 Companies like Target & Kimberly-Clark. He is a Minnesota native, an MBA graudate, a futurist and passionate about people and the art/science of persusion.

Nick is currently the Global Director of Talent Branding at Gap Inc -- based in San Francsico. He and his team spearhead all effrots to construct and refine the Gap Inc. empoyer value proposition and talent brand creative/messaging platform. His scope includes candidate resesarch and insights, campaigns, recruiting advertising, media buying/placement and metrics, social media, the career site and events across all Gap Inc brands including Gap (brand), Banana Republic, Old Navy, Athleta and Intermix.

Previously, Nick served as Global Recruitment Marketing & Employer Branding Strategist at Target. He lead digital, mobile and social media marketing strategies for Target's Talent Acquisition organization. He was responsible for determining Target's social platform presence -- connecting business and hiring needs to social media editorial strategies. He also lead the first ever global (US, Canada & India) employment brand inclusvive of the development and implimentation of an employer value proposition, differentiated positioning, brand creative, assets, messaging, segmentation, media placement, collateral and events.

Prior to his transition to the HR space, Nick was a Marketing Manager at Target. Nick demonstrated that he is highly competent in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that meet corporate goals, identifying and analyzing marketing industry trends, and directing cross functional teams to execute multimillion dollar marketing projects. He has consistantly been recognized for building strong partnerships with internal and external clients while exceeding performance goals and metrics.

Nick has worked on a varienty of marketing campaigns for top brands including: Gap, Banana Republic, Old Navy, up&up, Market Pantry, Archer Farms, Simply Balanced, Huggies, Kleenex, Cottenelle, Tide, Glade, Crest, Colgate, Method, Clorox, Pampers, Coleman, Disney Princess, Fisher-Price, Barbie and more.
