I have been involved in the field of communication, business training and personal development for over 30 years and run public and in house events in the UK, USA, Asia and Europe. Prior to running trainings I ran a number of highly successful businesses in the recruitment and sales sectors, each with a multi-million pound turnover

As well as running international events and appearing at conferences, I write regular articles for publications, as well as being a published author. Recently I contributed a chapter on my own work to "Innovations in NLP" published by Crown House Publishing.

As well as running in house business trainings, I see private clients for coaching and therapy. I have also appeared on international TV stations as well as the BBC in the UK. I developed my own Provocative Change Works model (PCW) for communication and teach this approach worldwide.
