With a family background in music (influenced by uncles like Chet Atkins, aka "Mr. Guitar," and Jethro Burns of “Homer & Jethro”). Nick Long took on the call to bring his music, humor, and passion for the Lord to Europe in the early 80’s. In time, Nick and his wife, Sue, would start what would become one of the larger evangelical churches in Germany. A church God would use to influence many people and churches in Europe and beyond. They lived and served in Germany for over 25 years.

Currently, the Longs reside in Austria, where their vision is focused on outreach for greater Europe.
