Nick Miccarelli

I’m Nick Miccarelli, CEO of DELGO Community Transit, Army National Guard Staff Sergeant, and former Pennsylvania State Representative based in Ridley Park, Pennsylvania. For more than 25 years, I’ve dedicated my career to public service, leadership, and community impact through military service, government, and executive leadership.

Today, I lead DELGO Community Transit with a focus on operational excellence, accountability, and building systems that better serve local communities. My background includes deployments to Iraq and Kosovo with the Pennsylvania Army National Guard, along with years of experience in state and local government.

I’m passionate about veterans advocacy, civic engagement, transportation accessibility, and strengthening the communities we live in. I also stay active with organizations including the Pennsylvania Veterans Museum, First Troop Philadelphia City Cavalry, and several local community initiatives.

My approach to leadership is simple: stay mission-focused, solve problems directly, and leave every organization stronger than you found it.
