How do I do this?
Through active listening and developing an understanding of what the problem actually is. Communication is key here. Without full understanding you can never come up with the ultimate solution. This works on a micro level, in talking face to face with someone, or at a Macro level, working out a product innovation for an entire market segment.
What do I do?
I am a marketer and am really passionate about it. All of my friends have been told numerous times "it rules". Marketing is about solving problems for customers, its about finding solutions in how to communicate your message to the market and also about dealing with barriers within an organization to make your campaign idea a reality.
