I am passionate about empowering people to achieve and have seen some amazing results. We make mistakes too but these are outweighed by far by the successes.
It's a personal ambition to ride a racehorse (wife and children think I'm nuts) and one of my best achievements this summer has been to master sculling in a single (very wobbly rowing boat).
