Nick Gross

Nick Gross is an entrepreneur, investor, and professional musician. He is the Founder and Managing Partner of Gross Labs, a family enterprise and investment platform that builds and invests in companies across sports, media, consumer brands, education, hospitality, real estate, and technology.
In addition to leading Gross Labs, Nick is the Founder and CEO of Find Your Grind, an award-winning education technology company helping students discover purpose, develop career readiness skills, and prepare for the future of work. Through partnerships with schools across the United States, Find Your Grind has helped hundreds of thousands of students explore meaningful career pathways and personal growth.
Outside of business, Nick is an accomplished drummer who currently performs with Goldfinger and girlfriends, and has toured internationally with artists including Avril Lavigne and Machine Gun Kelly. His career in music has shaped his perspective on leadership, creativity, and building brands that connect with people through culture.
Nick also serves on the Board of Governors for the TGR Foundation, supporting educational innovation and youth opportunity initiatives. Across every venture, his mission is to build businesses, partnerships, and experiences that create lasting impact while empowering the next generation of founders, creators, and leaders.
