Change is difficult to define, difficult to start, difficult to manage and difficult to maintain, especially in finance and commercial teams.

Legal, regulatory and reporting complexities all need to be matched with systems, processes and people.

My skill is to communicate with and encourage stakeholders to support the organisational objectives, which will inevitably include change. I can work from within or as an external consultant, interim manager or permanent employee. The end result is the same: a changed organisation.
