Nick Bailey is an Illinois licensed real estate broker (in some states brokers are known as agents) at Related Realty, working in The Burnham Group, which has a primary focus on Chicago real estate and specializing in the South Loop neighborhood and it’s fabulous central location with an abundance of condos with terrific Lake Michigan and Downtown Chicago views. Nick Bailey is a REALTOR, holding the designations of Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Accredited Distressed Property Representative (ADPR), and E-PRO. An avid entrepreneur, Nick Bailey opened Bailey South Loop Realty in 2010 before bringing the business into Prudential Rubloff in the 2013. Future entrepreneurial goals include Real Estate Development, Restaurant Ownership, and Community Development. Interests include: Family, dining out, travel, reducing homelessness, soccer, skiing, and rock climbing. Nick Bailey is married to his wonderful wife Amy and the two have a beautiful daughter, Madison, who is the center of their universe.
