I am an experienced and accomplished Coach, Consultant, Presenter and writer.

I have extensive experience in the areas of Leadership, Behaviour Support, and Coaching.

I am committed to helping people and organisations be the best they can be and have established a number of partnerships with like minded organisations.

Throughout my time in developing people, spanning over 20 years, I have always been committed to developing individuals at all levels, including children, and I have a strong belief that everyone can develop, improve and achieve.

I am currently the Managing Director of Nick Burnett CCP, Director of Team Teach Asia-Pacific, Managing Consultant for Queensland with Growth Coaching International, the Asia-Pacific Associate of Northampton Centre for Learning Behaviour (NCfLB), .

I have run training for well over 3000 people since 2004, presented at a large number of conferences, and have written for a wide range of publications, including authoring books on Leadership and Special Education Provision and Reducing Risk and Restraint in Asia Pacific.
Before 2004, I was recognised as an excellent leader of an all-age, large Special School Provision in the UK.
