Nicholous (Nick) Deal returned to Halifax, Nova Scotia, in the spring of 2011 to assume the role of Associate Pastor (Finance & Administration) at Calvary Tabernacle, a multicultural church in the Fairview community of Halifax West.

In addition to his pastoral and administrative duties, Nick currently lectures in two departments within the Faculty of Professional Studies at Mount Saint Vincent University: Department of Business Administration and Communication Studies. Nick is a recent graduate of the Sobey MBA program at Saint Mary's University. He also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Mount Saint Vincent University, a Bachelor of Theology (Diploma) from Northeast Christian College, the Certified in Management (CIM) designation, and a general license with the United Pentecostal Church International.

His interests include leadership and management theory, reading, writing, and traveling.
