My experiences and education thus far with computer diagnostics/repair and network technologies have given me the knowledge and skills required to excel. I possess excellent communication skills with all levels of management, associates and customers. I excel with interpersonal and negotiation skills, and have an extensive background in Customer Service, Data Security, and System Diagnostics. I am accustomed to a fast-paced/high volume environment where organization is a priority and handling multiple jobs simultaneously is the norm. I enjoy a challenge and work hard to achieve my team’s goals as well as my own. I have a genuine desire to be of service to any department and I truly feel that I would be an asset to any team.
