My first stint was with Innovative Websoft Solutions Pvt Ltd. where I was in back-end profile. Here I've been providing support for customized database software. It includes managing, troubleshooting problems to maintain the workflow.

Currently, I'm a part of Wincere Solutions Pvt Ltd. Here, my work is to provide support to our U.S. based client. My job includes creating tickets, providing support via email-chat-call, performing user account activities, quality management, follow-up with client until closure, escalating complex problems to appropriate support specialist, etc.
