Nick Gostick

Incubation Manager, Dr Nick Gostick, is an experienced environmental biotechnologist, and has extensive business development experience. Nick completed a PhD in Biotechnology at Cranfield Institute of Technology. His area of research was biological wastewater treatment. He then joined OMEX Environmental as Technical Manager before leaving in 1993 to set up Scientific Solutions Ltd. This environmental biotechnology company was eventually sold to Norsk Hydro and he joined the University of Sheffield as the Sheffield end of the White Rose Biotechnology Consortium. During his time at Sheffield University he helped to set up a number of companies including Celltran Ltd. Adjuvantix Ltd. Plasso Ltd. SupaPlants Ltd, SEAMS Ltd. and Aqua Enviro Ltd. He is currently Incubation Manager at BioCity Nottingham
