I’m a technology executive with over 15 years of experience building and leading high-performing engineering teams.

As a CTO and engineering leader, I’ve architected and delivered scalable platforms across multiple industries, including financial services and civic infrastructure. I specialize in backend systems, cloud architecture, and turning complex technical challenges into reliable, production-grade systems.

I work with startups and growing companies that need senior technical leadership — whether that’s defining architecture, strengthening engineering culture, or scaling teams and infrastructure to the next level.

I’ve led engineering organizations from early-stage build to operational scale, overseeing architecture, cloud infrastructure, DevOps practices, and cross-functional delivery.

Beyond Work

I’m drawn to challenges that require endurance and perspective. I’ve summited Uhuru Peak on Mount Kilimanjaro, climbed Point Lenana on Mount Kenya, and completed the major peaks of the Aberdare Range.

I run several times a week and write regularly — mostly about technology, occasionally about life, and sometimes experimenting with poetry.
