Nick Heap

I was a research chemist with ICI. I moved into organisation development with ICI in 1974. I became a self-employed development consultant in 1982 and have extensive experience as a counsellor, facilitator and coach. I work with individuals, teams, relationships between teams, and organisations in the private and public sector. I like helping senior people think about challenging issues about people and change. I am 69, married with two grown-up children and two grandchildren and live in Hatfield, Hertfordshire, UK.
