I am an information architect by trade, but have been involved with the entire user experience from copy to design to interaction to research. I've been the only designer at a small startup to a Director at the largest retailer in the world. I'm a Canuck living in the Bay Area with my wife Lien, the most talented balloon twister I know and my 2 kids.
