Nick Howard

I am an outdoor education instructor and youth development worker, living in the Lake District, UK. I provide professional, inclusive and exciting outdoor education and youth development! I also work as a lecturer in outdoor education.

In my practical work I prefer canoeing to other activities! In my academic studies I am very interested in the links between children's play and a risk averse society.

Away from work, I enjoy most things which are exciting! I love to try and balance on anything! I've recently taken up slack lining, with hilariously rubbish results!
