Nick Howdy

My name is Nick. I run mechanicguides.com, a blog that I’m very passionate about. I spend a lot of time interacting with fellow bloggers and know many who see things about their blog that they’d like to improve, but don’t know where to start. They don’t have the expert technical or design skills needed, and they’re wary of hiring somebody who does. Without a recommendation, they don’t know whether a given freelancer is trustworthy. Working with a complete stranger is always risk.

I founded The Mechanic Guides to give bloggers an alternative they can trust - a small team of freelancers who I personally work with and recommend. As the owner of a blog that is personally and financially valuable, I know the importance of working with good people people who:

Do excellent work at fair rates. Are friendly, clear and responsive when communicating.Are reliable and trustworthy.Are bloggers and entrepreneurs themselves, so they ‘get it’.Are made accountable to a project manager (that’s me!).

All these things are cornerstones of The Mechanic Guides’ philosophy.
