Nicki has worked in the real estate industry for 30 years, taking some time off in January 2012 only to return in 2015 for the passion that she loves, helping others find their dream home! For 17 of the last 20 years she worked as a team with her husband, Chuck Pousson.

As one of the Top 10 Producing agents in the Greater Phoenix, Arizona area, they closed over $47 million per year for over 10 years.

Nicki, along with her husband and partner Chuck have built a successful network marketing team in 2005 with over 12,000 team members. Retiring from this company in 2013, they are still ranked in the Top 15 Income Earners.
