Nicholas Kieswetter

I am a data-driven Product Manager, partial to user-centric SaaS web (and mobile) applications with emphasis on seamless UI & UX, where I seek to provide product vision & strategy, roadmapping & prioritisation, and assist with aligning internal business functions (Product, Sales/Marketing, and Support) primarily for B2B products (but open to expanding my horizons), driven towards realising and growing product value.

I'm comfortable managing internal & external stakeholders, balancing client desires with company strategy and development capacity, including involvement in the full SDLC in Agile Scrum environments, driving and improving processes within.
In summary, I have experience:
- managing products through defining vision, strategy, and roadmapping (with the assistance of various data-gathering/analysis mechanisms), while bringing stakeholders and business inputs together for continued success,
- managing and working with development teams (including Scrum ceremonies - DSU, Sprint Plannings, Review, Retros etc.) and working to improve processes and delivery,
- working in organisations of varying sizes and structures (from <30 employees to >1000), including multi-national,
- travelling internationally for work,
- working in and with on-site, hybrid and remote teams.

I take pride in my work, and consider myself a leader but also a team player. I hope to be empowered and to empower, to learn and to teach, to change and to effect change, and to find the balance (or rather "synergy") between stability and agility in a constantly-evolving environment.
