Nick Kroll

Hello, I’m Nick. I’m a full-time Financial Planning student going to school in Springfield. I am from St. Louis. I enjoy fitness, the outdoors, and helping others.

Professionally, I am confident, creative, and hardworking. I have had experience within sales for two jobs. Over the summer I worked for Cutco, I sold $1,200 worth of knifes in one month. I learned how to use proper sales techniques in home demonstrations and on the phone. I also worked for Under Armour where I worked as a sales associate. I've learned to help several people at once. If you've ever worked on a holiday weekend, you'll know that working in retail is a handful. Something I've learned is composure. I've had experiences of attempting to keep the store clean while grown adults are throwing clothes on the ground and having several customers asking me questions all at once.

I am apart of Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity. I have learned several things from this fraternity. Being apart of this organization, I have been able to focus on my academics, grow myself professionally and individually. Pi Kappa Phi really challenges me to become a better version of myself. I have helped put on events, learn to approach and talk with potential new members. I network with several people within my organization and in the Fraternity & Sorority Life (FSL) Community.

One of the things that I love about Pi Kappa Phi is the Ability Experience. We've built 8 ramps for people in wheelchairs within 2 years. Also we have raised several thousands of dollars for people with disabilities.
