---Nick Morris ---

I'm an entrepreneur based in London, currently launching Lifescaped; a business which aims to be the global leader in the commercial application of biomimetic innovation.

I founded my first two businesses during my final year of University, and continue to run them part-time: XTS Pro, a ticketing and box office management system which has processed over £110,000 of online sales and 80,000+ on-site ticket sales since launch, and XVS, an online volunteering platform which is now licensed by Universities around the country and has facilitated over 120,000 hours of volunteering to date. Across these two ventures we have reached over 14,000 users.

Being a keen believer in the power of social entrepreneurship, I am also Executive Director of the RicNic Trust, an award-winning social enterprise which encourages young people to develop key skills through the creative arts, currently running 3 highly successful branches across the UK, and supported by prominent figures in the arts including Lord Julian Fellowes, writer of Downton Abbey, and Dame Beryl Grey, a previous Director of the Royal Opera House.

A recent alumnus of the New Entrepreneurs Foundation, I now sit on the Foundation's Alumni Advisory Council.

I believe very strongly in the opportunity that young entrepreneurs have to make a genuine difference in today's world, recently writing on the topic for the Guardian: http://careers.guardian.co.uk/technology-transformed-career-young-entrepreneurs
