Nicko is a hybrid who can withstand things. His research and creative works over the years aspire to merge the arts and sciences.

He is currently taking up a Master's Degree in Information Science at Nara Institute of Science & Technology in Japan.

He graduated from Ateneo de Manila University in the Philippines, where he taught Interactive Multimedia subjects for the Department of Information Systems and Computer Science. He also develops and designs games for a living and for leisure.
