TL;DR: The five words I'd use to describe myself are kind, ambitious, hopeful, empathetic and clever.

In his last minutes as host of The Tonight Show, Conan O’Brien left his audience with some simple, heart-felt advice that I've long held onto: “If you work really hard, and you're kind, amazing things will happen.”

As a manager at Tom's Guide, I specialize in content creation and management, but also Search Engine Optimization (SEO), e-commerce editorial and result measurement through tools like Google Analytics.

My day-to-day job is to create articles and videos around technology and games that readers care about, engage with, and want to share with their friends. On top of that, I manage a team of associate editors, writers and freelancers to fill in the gaps and plan coverage around some of the world's largest technology and video game conventions like E3, CES and GDC.

I've been working in games and tech for the last decade and have no plans to stop in the near future unless my true dream of becoming a Jedi-slash-Wizard-slash-Pokemon trainer becomes a reality.
