Having worked in the customer engagement and strategy marketplace for over 8 years Nick is a recognised and respected professional with a substantial network of industry contacts.
As advertising manager of Customer Strategy (a UBM publication) Nick contributed to the growth and development of this industry leading title.
Nick was also responsible for the acquisition of sponsorship and assistance for the recently launched UK Customer Satisfaction Awards, held by the Institute of Customer Service
