Nick Ryberg is a Managing Partner at Hunter-Ross, LLC. Nick’s expertise includes executive and leadership coaching, predictive analytics and assessment programs and executive and professional search.
For over thirty years, Nick has been trusted with Human Resources responsibilities at Fortune 500 companies and lead the development and implementation of search and consulting businesses. At the same time, he has conducted multiple high-level executive searches for major companies in the United States and abroad. During the last five years, Nick has begun to partner with private equity firms and developing businesses to define and develop growth strategies through predictive analytics processes. He is also a certified leadership, executive and professional development coach.
Nick was educated at The Pennsylvania State University where he earned an undergraduate degree in Labor Studies. He also holds an Executive MBA from Carlson School of Management in Minnesota.
Before staring his own firm in 2006, Nick worked with many well known corporations including Unilever, Nabisco, FMC, Mobil, and KPMG, among others.
Nick now leads his team of a consultants and search partners who conduct multiple global searches, including top tier executives. along with leadership coaching and organizational development projects. Nick’s extensive experience and his large network of contacts has not only helped Hunter-Ross develop long term clients, but has also helped them tailor services depending on an individual client needs.
