In April of 2003, Nick C. Steffes graduated from the University of Iowa, left his small town roots and decided to move to Chicago, one of the most fast paced real estate markets in the nation.

He practices primarily in the areas of Real Estate Sales (buying, selling and leasing), Commercial transactions and management. Nick’s advantage with new construction includes prior design, building and Real Estate experience for over 16 years.

Prior to Nick’s involvements in Real Estate sales, Nick’s past experience includes Project Management and Superintendent for 12 Oaks Development that his father owns and operates. Nick’s experiences include Estimating & Coordinating multiple projects. This gave Nick an opportunity to create & be involved in building design and architecture, along with the Construction and Development process. But you can believe that every moment he gets, Nick is out there in the city with his friends and his characteristic grin, reconnecting to the reason he has made Chicago his home.
