Nick Stromwall is the Vice President of Efficiency and Innovation at Rise48 Equity and the Founder of Oak & Vine Capital.

He is a general partner in more than 1,000 multifamily units and manages investments across multifamily, industrial, private credit, and energy. With over 15 years of leadership development experience as a college pastor and Operations Director, Nick brings both relational and operational expertise to his work.
