Nick Upton

Hello, I’m Nick. I’m a bird tour leader, photographer, artist, and writer from UK but living in Bangkok. I run a free information service on where to go bird watching in Thailand on my website thaibirding.com.

More recently I am also the co-founder and co-director of Calidris Birding Tours, a bird watching tour company that aims to provide world wide birding tours that create a balance between finding the maximum number of species and spending an appropriate amount of time to enjoy watching them without being in a rush.

For armchair bird watchers I have created my own birding Youtube channel where I regularly upload birding videos: Birding with Nick Upton.
