Nick Williams

I am a highly self-motivated and goal-orientated professional. I work hard to achieve results; I get a real buzz from outperforming people's expectations and helping others develop to do the same. My career to date has been quite varied and diverse: I have worked my way up to senior management level in a corporate organisation, run my own business and helped develop young companies to become key players in their sector. The teams I manage achieve outstanding results in both sales and customer service.

I have enjoyed travel in both my professional and personal life; I spent six months in Australia in 2006/07, I've interailed through Europe and as a self-confessed hotels geek, I keep up to date with launches and developments with luxury hotels and chains by visiting properties around the world and attending travel events. Originaly from Canterbury in Kent, I've lived in numerous countries around the world. Currently I'm based in Cape Town, South Africa. As a sports enthusiast I watch and play a variety of sports, with a particular interest in rugby. I like to experience different foods and cultures, whether a Michelin star restaurant in England or a back street cafe in Hong Kong!
