A financial authority within Los Angeles' Persian community, Nick Yekani began his career in 1984 with New England Financial. He won a excellence trophy in each of his 18 years with the firm and received a dozen advisor of the year awards. From 2002 to 2013, Nick Yekani expanded on his financial advisory experience in a senior position at MetLife, where he maintained a client base in excess of 2,500 and was within the top 1 percent of production and sales among all MetLife advisors in each of his 11 years with the firm.
Since 2013, Nick Yekani has served as the president of Economics & Family, Inc., through which he helps clients with his proprietary Financial X-Ray process that delivers individualized investment plans. The advisory and wealth management firm has three offices in California.
In addition to working with clients face-to-face, Yekani has provided financial advice catering specifically to Persian listeners of 670 AM KIRN for nearly 20 years. Outside of his professional pursuits, he enjoys playing tennis and traveling.
