I am a cake designer, patissiere and chocolatier working from my kitchen studio in the Cornish countryside making wedding cakes, wedding favours and hand-made fresh chocolates.

I recently was awarded with a Silver in the World Grand Jury Finals of the International Chocolate Awards.
