Howdy, I’m Nico. I’m a life coach living in Fourways, Sandton, South Africa. My background is in corporate, sitting behind a desk all day. I used to wake up tired, moody, irritable, with no energy in the afternoons.

I would fall asleep as soon as I sat on my couch to watch TV and eat my take away dinner. I was seeing my body change… something needed to change…
