Professional Biography

Mr. Nicholin Gonzales “Teacher Nico” is a dedicated Senior High School Science Teacher currently based in Quezon City, Philippines. He specializes in teaching Biology and is deeply passionate about the sciences, with broad interests that extend to Chemistry, Physics, and General Science. His commitment to science education is reflected in his continuous pursuit of knowledge and excellence in teaching, inspiring students to develop scientific literacy and critical thinking skills.

He earned his Bachelor of Secondary Education degree from Polytechnic University of the Philippines Manila and completed his Master of Arts in Science Education With Specialization in Biology, at Philippine Normal University Manila. Throughout his academic and professional journey, he has cultivated expertise in biological sciences and science pedagogy, enabling him to effectively bridge scientific concepts with meaningful classroom experiences.

Currently, he is pursuing doctoral studies in Biology Education, further strengthening his research capabilities and expanding his contributions to the field of science education. His scholarly interests include biology education, laboratory instruction, scientific inquiry, curriculum development, and innovative teaching strategies that promote student engagement and achievement in the sciences.
