I currently work as a freelance writer and Producer, living on the south coast of England.
In 2014 I graduated from Bournemouth University with a BA Hons in Scriptwriting for Film/TV. One of my final pieces, 'Pike Dream', reached semi-final placement at The Nashville Film Festival. During that time I also gained experience in various films and theatrical plays, as a Writer, Director, Producer and Casting Director.
After leaving university, I wrote, directed and produced my debut short film, 'Stay With Me' and founded my own production company - Momento Films Ltd. The film received 'official selection', was screened at the Rahway International Film Festival, New Jersey; and won 'Best Actress' award. It also received 'official selection' at the LA Cinefest and was screened locally in my hometown.
My directorial debut short, ‘Stay with Me’, was recognised on the festival circuit in 2015, following my involvement in horror-thriller, ‘K-Shop’ from White Lantern Film. I also spent a summer filming ‘Who Killed Nelson Nutmeg?’ with Nelson Nutmeg Pictures Ltd.
I went on to co-write a second short film, then introduced myself to Doppelganger Productions as a Director for their new writers’ programme.
I continue to enjoy regular Doppelganger workshops and was happy to take on the role of Producer for Doppelgangers stage play, ‘Fukushima’, in 2022. Last year I co Produced, ‘Vigilante’ and currently writing my debut play.
