My professional experience includes over 17 years working in sales, operations, media research and account management, including 10+ years in direct client sales.
I am currently seeking a new role where I can drive significant revenue impact at a strategic level, preferably in a multinational environment.
In my last role as Senior Sales Researcher at Twitter's EMEA HQ, I worked with the Sr. Director and Sr. Managers on sales strategy and managed all research strategy and measurement for the Dublin based Pan-EMEA Large Clients Solutions team, which covered c. $XXXM in revenue p/a.
Other companies I've worked for include Strategic Customer Success at LearnUpon, Advertising Sales roles in LinkedIn & Twitter, plus Operations / Sales Account Management roles in McCann Dublin, Ryanair, TV3 & Channel 6 (both now part of Virgin Media) and Carlton Screen Advertising (now known as Pearl & Dean Ireland)
Over the years I've held a number of different roles in sales organisations covering such responsibilities as client sales and account management, inventory optimisation, sales operations, vendor management and media research.
While I started my media career in traditional media, I have always had a strong interest in digital and hence the transition in 2012.
I set up my first website on geocities.com back in 1996, writing album and gig reviews and talking about my favourite TV shows of the time.
Sadly, Geocities is no more but since Jan 2008 I have run Average Film Reviews, a film reviews / news website. You can find the site over on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and sometimes Tumblr.
I also do various other bits & pieces. I take photos (including the background pic), I love food, you used to be able to hear me regularly on the radio and I now have an etsy store if you fancy buying something hand knit by me!
