Having grown up with a supportive family and good friends I moved to London and studied psychology 30 years ago. On completion of my degree I worked at Martin House Children's hospice where I made some fantastic friends and gained some wonderful insights into life and people and what's fundamentally important. I then changed direction & took a more business orientated role in the pharmaceutical industry . I've had the pleasure of experiencing multiple organisations in sales, marketing, medical, external affairs and market access roles and since 1997 have focused on cancer and the amazing differences treatments can make to the lives of some patients and their families. Both the hospice and industry have enabled me to meet some inspiring people.
