Hello! My name is Nicola. I'm presently a full-time Early Childhood Education Student at Douglas College. I plan to continue my education after receiving my ECED diploma (with Disablity & Infant/Toddler) as I'm an aspiring teacher and advocate for the deaf. I will be attending SFU for my PDP and Psycholoy Masters. Then UBC for my Deaf Education.
I'm tightly associated with the Douglas Students' Union, Douglife (campus life) and the Student Ambassador Program. My current goals are to help create a stronger campus community, continue to attend leadership conferences and find a casual/on-call job as an assistant preschool teacher to gain more experience.
