over decades of research on achievement and success, I teach Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain, a program which reveals a truly groundbreaking idea - the power of our perception.

By teaching people to draw (yes, the ‘magical talent’ called
drawing!), I teach them to gain an understanding of our brain to control perception, push past assumptions, reframe problems and create possibilities. And I am deeply honoured at every opportunity I get to work with people as they discover how learning to see differently, can help liberate them from the labels that confine their growth."

Nicola is the co-founder of Drawing Right and Lead Instructor of the Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain Programme in Singapore (certified by Dr Betty Edwards). She is also an adjunct faculty at the National Institute of Education / Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.

Nicola earned her First Class Honours from the National Institute of Education, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore (NIE/NTU), and was awarded the prestigious Lee Kuan Yew Gold Medal in recognition of her academic excellence.
