Nicola Dilenardo

I’m Nicola Di Lenardo, a BACP-registered counsellor, psychotherapist and clinical supervisor based in West Yorkshire. I offer a calm, confidential and non-judgemental space where you can explore whatever is on your mind at your own pace. I support people experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, identity and sense of self issues, as well as neurodivergence including ADHD and autism.

My approach is person-centred, meaning I focus on you as an individual rather than a fixed method, working with warmth, empathy and understanding. Alongside my private practice, I’m Lead Counsellor within an NHS GP practice. I offer in-person counselling in Ilkley, Leeds and online therapy across the UK, with a free 30-minute initial consultation available.
