Nicola Fryer was raised in Delaware County and attended Penn State – University Park. Shortly after returning from college, she moved to Birmingham Township, Chester County where she currently lives with her husband and son. Nicola and her husband began renovating homes and investing in real estate in 2000 which led to her becoming a licensed REALTOR® in 2008. Prior to working in real estate, Nicola enjoyed a successful 15+ year corporate career in Human Resources.
