Nicola Hyam

Nicola joined Crutes in 1994, and she was appointed as a partner in 2007.

Nicola is department manager of the public services and insurance litigation department. The department acts for numerous local authorities, insurance companies and insurance brokers in wide ranging fields, including employers' liability, public liability, road traffic accidents and officials indemnity claims.

Nicola handles a case load of predominately employers' liability and public liability claims and has a special interest in stress and failure to educate cases. In addition, Nicola also coordinates fraud cases within the department.
