And welcome to my personal journey of experimenting with food to create healthy, wholesome (and of course tasty) meals! With this blog I hope to inspire many of you to start eating and drinking healthy. Most of my recipes are very simple and can be altered in any way you feel suits YOUR lifestyle and individual dietary needs. You are also more than welcome to share, offer suggestions, exchange recipes and such.
People often eat healthy for various reasons. Whether its to lose weight, look good or simply to maintain a healthy body, it all comes down to turning it into a lifestyle, and not just a phase of your life. It does take a while to adapt, but find the right kind of motivation coupled with discipline, and you're on your way to starting your very own journey!
