Nicola Ruddle

Hi, I’m Nicola, the Office Manager at Prime Designs. With a background in financial administration and experience working as a window estimator, I bring a strong eye for detail and a solid understanding of both the numbers and the practical side of the industry.

I play a key role in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, from setting up your job in our system to making sure all invoicing is handled efficiently and accurately. I’m often one of your first points of contact, helping ensure everything is organised and on track from the very beginning.

Outside of work, life is just as busy and rewarding. You’ll usually find me cheering on my children at their many activities or heading to my own dance class, which is a great way for me to unwind and stay active.
