Solving problems: how to make a building more attractive on a budget, how to make a floor plan work with more open space, how to fit one more bathroom into that restaurant, how to position a zoning request to make it work.

This is what I do every day, and I love every minute of it.

My family are important to me and we visit as often as we can. Two amazing granddaughters, a loving wife and a dog that worships the ground I walk on.

What more could any man want?
