Nicolas Batty

Dr Nicolas Batty, M.D., F.A.C.P., F.A.S.C.P. is board certified in Hematology and Medical Oncology, Pathology/Transfusion Medicine/Blood Banking, and Internal Medicine. He has joined the Comprehensive Cancer Center as a specialist in Hematology/Medical Oncology. He hails from Roswell Park Cancer Institute in New York, where he completed fellowship in clinical hematology and clinical oncology, and was an oncology hospitalist. Prior to that, he completed fellowship at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center in clinical leukemia, blood banking/ transfusion medicine and pathology. He served his Internal Medicine Residency at Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York and St. Joseph’s Hospital in New Jersey. Dr. Batty earned his medical degree at Lebanese University in Beirut, Lebanon. His special interests are in benign and malignant blood disorders, solid tumors including cancer of the breast, lung, gastrointestinal/genito-urinary systems systems and clinical research.
Dr. Batty will see patients at the Comprehensive Cancer Center’s main facility at Desert Regional Medical Center Palm Springs CA and at the cancer center’s satellite in La Quinta CA.
