Hi, I'm Nicola, the Learning Disability Cheerleader! I help teams empower and protect adults with a learning disability, using effective staff training to transform physical and emotional wellbeing. As an experienced learning disabilities professional, I understand the challenges faced by support teams on a daily basis. I have spent the past 6 years helping others learn how to achieve meaningful outcomes with individuals.
