Nicolas Rebolledo

Chilean living in London. Trained as an Architect in Chile, I hold a MSc in Technology Entrepreneurship from University College London and now I'm completing a PhD in Service Design at the Royal College of Art, where I'm also Visiting Lecturer at the Service Design MA.

My research is about the role of design in public innovation, policy design, digital services and urban service systems with the purpose of understanding how service design is used in public innovation processes and how can impact government transformation. Currently I'm advisor for strategic design and innovation projects at Laboratorio de Gobierno, the first Public Service Innovation Laboratory inside the Chilean Government.

I work as an independent consultant and advisor in the fields of digital services, design research, strategic design and innovation.

I used to have a band named Thisco, with which we launched two LPs and played a lot during 2008 and 2011.
